Welcome to L.A. BABY,
your own personal window into the exotic fantasy of Los Angeles.
Money? Check. Sunshine? Check. The Kardshian’s secret serums? You’ll just have to see for yourself...
Part exhibition, part soft investigation and part sun-kissed performance experiment, LA BABY puts forward the question,
what does Los Angeles promise us?
Observing the surreal migration of symbols globally and following the subtle mutations of representations as they travel 1000’s of kilometers from California to Estonia, we wonder, does everyone want to be an LA BABY?

Integrating American and Estonian performers and makers - L.A. BABY touches on topics of capitalism, monetization, fame, globalization, irony, excess, fantasy and belonging.
LA BABY touches on a perceived thread of continued Americanization of Estonia, and materializes in a performative exhibition of photos, videos, objects and conversations collected from encounters with people in Estonia wearing clothing items with Los Angeles, California or other types of USA branding.
This exhibition aims to string together thoughts of dichotomies of global westernization, human to human interaction, living as an American in Estonia and the many intricacies of cultural fashion choices all while not taking anything too seriously.
